IT'S MY SNAKE
This individual caught a very angry snake, then could not figure out how to subdue it. For 20 minutes the ibis fended off his curious buddies and carried the struggling snake around the pasture.

IBIS FLOCK HEADING OUT
As the irrigation water recedes and the pasture dries out, it's time to go. My theory is that ibis flocks cruise at high altitude looking for the telltale reflection of water through the green of hayfields.
